We've got a couple job positions open. Find out why West Is Best!

Hey Charger volleyball fans!
As if Fairfield coming to town wasn't enough, plan to make it to West Noble on Thursday, Sept. 24, as the volleyball team is not only taking on the rival Falcons, but hosting its annual fundraiser.
The night will be in memory of Jana Beers Miller, who lost her battle with cancer earlier this year. Miller was a West Noble graduate and member of the 1985 sectional champion volleyball team. Miller was a supporter of West Noble and the community. The team will be remembering Miller’s contributions to the community by raising funds to be donated to the Community Foundation of Noble County in her memory.
The evening fundraiser will include a silent auction, bake sale, and 50/50 raffle. All Hearts Catering food truck will also be on hand, with 1/3 of their proceeds going directly to the fundraiser.
Come for the fundraiser, stay for the volleyball!

Happy fall, y'all!

The class featured two outfits, the Brigade and the Marching Warrior Pride from Wawasee.
West Noble band director Chris Douglas offered, “We were fairly close to Wawasee in a couple of categories. Considering they were the stage champs last year and expected to win again this year, I consider that a major win.”
In just its third year back, the Lightning Brigade continues to improve. Keep it going next week at Fort Wayne Carroll!
In the girls final, West Noble were on their way with a goal by Mia Macias with just over eight minutes left in regulation, but Westview found the net three minutes before time to send the match into overtime. After a scoreless pair of sessions, the match was decided in penalty kicks, 5-4, in favor of Westview.
The mood changed for the supporters from Ligonier as Leo Lopez recorded a hat trick, the second and third tallies just two minutes into the second half, as West Noble claimed the tournament title, 3-1, over rival Westview.
The Chargers are also undefeated in the NECC and are on track to win the double if it can navigate the final two weeks of the regular season, which concludes with a visit from Westview on Oct. 1.
Top Charger finishers included Karla Dominguez and Graysen Ruch both finishing sixth overall in the respective girls and boys varsity races, Dominguez at 20:17 and Ruch at 17:07. Victoria Mendoza added a top-15 time of 20:54, her first-ever sub 21 race.
Alberto Bonilla was ninth to pace the middle school boys with a time of 10:35, and Karlie Stabler led the Lady Charger middle schoolers with a time of 11:59.
West Noble's girls finished third in the high school team standings, the boys eighth. The middle school girls were fifth and the boys were seventh.

Let's bring home all the hardware! Vamos!
We are less than a week away from the Jana Miller fundraiser, set for Thursday, Sept. 24 in the West Noble High School commons. The fundraiser, paired with the West Noble versus Fairfield volleyball game, will have more than two dozen items up for silent auction. While we are giving a sneak peek at a few of them, make plans to come out and support next Thursday, bid big on a couple things, and help a good cause at the same time. Doors open at 5 p.m. for the silent auction, and West Noble will also have All Hears Catering on site to offer food as well.
Make a night of it!
By the way, winner of the volleyball match will be in the driver's seat to win the regular season NECC title as both West Noble and Fairfield are among the leaders in the conference heading into the weekend. Be loud, be proud. Go Chargers!

Hoy nuestras escuelas reconocieron la Independencia de México. Nuestra diversidad en cultura y heredad es una de la cualidades más grandes de West Noble y estamos muy orgullosos de celebrar con nuestra comunidad.

Girls golf leads us off, as the Lady Chargers will be one of 11 teams taking part in the Northridge Girls Golf Sectional this Friday at Meadow Valley Golf Club in Middlebury.
West Noble starts its tee times at 8:30 a.m., needing to finish among one of the top three teams, or produce one of the top three individuals not on an advancing team to advance to the East Noble Regional.
